Request

Your system creates a pay-link via a one-line API call or through the Flow Arc dashboard.

Attempt

Customer opens the link and pays on your primary PSP (Stripe by default). Every attempt is logged.

Fallback

If the primary PSP fails, Flow Arc automatically retries on your configured fallback provider — no customer action needed.

Recovery & notification

Whatever happens, you see it in real time. Recovery reports summarise caught failures and revenue saved.
